In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has the following measures to reduce the risk of transmission in order to protect both our customers and colleagues:
- Self-pickup services in Tsim Sha Tsui office will be suspended for all new orders.
- Customer service hotline is closed every Tuesdays and Thursdays. WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Facebook customer service remain normal operation.
- Some orders will be delayed due to the impact of the pandemic on logistics. We will not inform customers in advance. The timeliness will not be guaranteed. Please accept our appologize for any inconvenience caused.

2022/3/22 update: Door-to-door delivery of SF.EXPRESS is resumed.
If the shipment order has been placed, the shipment will be directly delivered to any of the nearby SF network points by the delivery address filled in, and the customer can pick up the shipment after receiving the notification. For more details, please click here
2022/3/11 update: SF Express will temporarily suspend all services from Hong Kong to Mainland China until further notice. For details, please refer to here.
FedEx/Aramex: All packages to Russia and Ukraine are suspended from now until further notice.
Emergency Response Arrangement
If our company is locked down or closed due to the epidemic, all delivery will be suspended and delayed accordingly.
We will treat it as force majeure that all affected customers will not be able to request refunds or cancellation of orders. We will try its best to provide assistance and will make appropriate compensation after the restriction is lifted. The decision of our company is final.
We will update the above arrangements from time to time in response to the pandemic and government measures.
