Bausch + Lomb ULTRA with MoistureSeal Technology for Presbyopia is a monthly multifocal silicone hydrogel contact lens supplied in a six-lens box. The samfilcon A lens incorporates MoistureSeal® Technology, 3-Zone Progressive™ Design and centre-near aspheric optics. LOW and HIGH Add options are available for different presbyopic fitting requirements.

• Samfilcon A silicone hydrogel: The lens has 46% water content, an 8.5 mm base curve and a 14.2 mm diameter.
• LOW／HIGH Add: LOW corresponds to spectacle Add values from +0.75 D to +1.50 D, while HIGH corresponds to +1.75 D to +2.50 D. Add selection should be based on a professional multifocal fitting.
• Monthly replacement: Each lens may be used for up to one month after opening and must be removed, cleaned, disinfected and stored daily as directed by an eye-care professional.

Ordering guidance

Multifocal contact lenses must be selected using both the sphere power (SPH／PWR) and Add value shown in the contact lens prescription. Each six-lens box contains one power and Add combination. Separate boxes are required when the prescriptions for the left and right eyes differ.

Use only according to a valid contact lens prescription and professional fitting advice. Lens design and material do not guarantee identical vision or wearing experience for every user. Remove the lenses and consult an eye-care professional if redness, pain, persistent discomfort or a change in vision occurs.
