Alcon PRECISION1 Daily Silicone Hydrogel Contact Lenses

PRECISION1 is Alcon’s daily disposable silicone hydrogel contact lens collection. It uses verofilcon A, 51% core water content and SMARTSURFACE technology. Standard spherical and toric options are available.

Each lens is discarded after wear, with no cleaning or storage required. SMARTSURFACE forms a micro-thin, high-water surface layer with greater than 80% surface water content. This describes the lens structure and does not represent a dry-eye treatment or guarantee identical wearing results for every user.

PRECISION1 for Astigmatism

The toric version uses the PRECISION BALANCE 8|4 lens design, with lens thickness positioned around the four- and eight-o’clock areas to support orientation for astigmatic prescriptions. Order according to the prescribed SPH, CYL and AXIS values.

How Does PRECISION1 Differ from Other Alcon Dailies?

PRECISION1 uses verofilcon A silicone hydrogel and SMARTSURFACE technology. DAILIES AquaComfort Plus uses nelfilcon A hydrogel, while DAILIES TOTAL1 uses delefilcon A silicone hydrogel with Water Gradient technology. The appropriate choice should be based on prescription and lens fitting rather than product positioning alone.
