Biomedics Toric Astigmatism Sphere, CYL and AXIS BC 8.7, DIA 14.5, six lenses per box

Material and Monthly Replacement

  • Lens material: Ocufilcon D conventional hydrogel, not silicone hydrogel.
  • Water content: Both Biomedics Now and Biomedics Toric have a water content of 55%.
  • Replacement schedule: Daily wear with monthly replacement. Clean, disinfect and store the lenses after each removal.
  • UV blocking: The lenses include a UV blocker but do not cover the entire eye or surrounding area and are not a substitute for sunglasses.

Should You Choose Spherical or Toric Lenses?

Biomedics Now is intended for standard myopia or hyperopia prescriptions. If your prescription includes astigmatism, select Biomedics Toric according to the specified CYL and AXIS values. Toric lenses should not be ordered by sphere power alone, and a spectacle prescription cannot be used directly as a contact lens prescription.

Lens-care reminder: Order using a valid contact lens prescription and follow the instructions from your eye-care professional, lens manufacturer and care-solution provider. Never clean or store lenses in tap water or extend the monthly replacement period. Remove the lenses and seek professional advice if you experience persistent redness, pain, light sensitivity or blurred vision.
