MEIxis Glitter Color Contacts｜1 Day & 1 Month

MEIxis is a coloured contact-lens range produced by Asami Mei, featuring fine glitter patterns, layered shine and distinctive yet wearable colours. The range now includes three daily shades and monthly versions of Desert Glow and Misty Moon.

Desert Glow: The most natural-looking shade in the range. A transparent beige colour, softly diffused rim and restrained glitter effect create a subtle glossy finish.
Misty Moon: A fine rim with white-grey beige tones and a silver glitter effect, creating a cool-toned grey look with visible shine.
Aquarium: A more vivid aqua-blue water-glow design combining silver glitter with blue tones. Aquarium is currently available only as a daily lens.

All three MEIxis 1 Day shades have a BC of 8.6 mm, DIA of 14.5 mm, 13.8 mm graphic diameter and 55% water content, with 10 lenses per box. Powers include plano 0.00D, -0.50D to -5.00D and -5.50D to -10.00D.

Desert Glow 1 Month: A transparent beige shade with soft pearlescent detail and a diffused rim, retaining Desert Glow’s understated everyday colour direction.

Both MEIxis 1 Month shades have a BC of 8.6 mm, DIA of 14.5 mm, 13.8 mm graphic diameter and 38% water content, with one lens per box. Powers include plano 0.00D, -0.50D to -5.00D and -5.50D to -10.00D.

Should you choose daily or monthly?

Choose daily lenses: Use a fresh pair each day without cleaning or storing the lenses. Aquarium is also exclusive to the daily range.
Choose monthly lenses: Suitable for customers who regularly wear Desert Glow or Misty Moon, but the lenses must be cleaned, rinsed, disinfected and stored after every removal.

Q1: Is Aquarium available as a monthly lens?

No. Aquarium is currently available only as a daily lens. The monthly range contains Desert Glow and Misty Moon.

Q2: Are the daily and monthly specifications identical?

Both use BC 8.6 mm, DIA 14.5 mm and a 13.8 mm graphic diameter. However, the daily lenses have 55% water content and the monthly lenses have 38%, with different replacement and care requirements.

Q3: How many monthly lenses are supplied in one box?

One lens is supplied per box, so two boxes are usually required for both eyes. Monthly replacement does not mean continuous wear for one month.

Q4: What is the highest available MEIxis power?

Both daily and monthly ranges extend to -10.00D. Select the power and base curve according to a valid contact-lens prescription.

Glitter, colour and shine vary with natural iris colour, lighting, eye shape and makeup. Obtain a professional eye examination before purchasing or wearing contact lenses. Monthly lenses must be removed and cared for daily and must not be worn beyond their replacement period.
